Our global team delivers an unrivaled combination of innovative technologies, purchasing convenience and pharmaceutical services through our industry-leading brands, including Thermo Scientific, Applied Biosystems, Invitrogen, Fisher Scientific, Unity Lab Services, Patheon and PPD.**Position Overview**The R2R Blackline admin analyst will be responsible for executing Blackline Global & Regional System Admin activities, such as import subledger extract templates, assign accounts to teams, prepares and approvers, create new user access, identify unassigned accounts, etc. The objective of this role is to maintain a high standard of Blackline master data, and accuracy and complete data.**Key Responsibilities**- Support all project and enhancements related to the Blackline modules (reconciliation, journals, and task).- Maintain Blackline SOX IT compliance by executing system access controls according to the Thermo Fisher standards.- Performing security access review controls and providing appropriate evidence to internal audit.- Blackline troubleshoot end-user issues related to access or system functionality.- Prepare documentation and reports for audit purpose.- Understand the functionality, interfaces, and interdependencies of Blackline processes and ensure the existence of adequate internal controls.- Ensure high quality project documentation is consistently used and maintained across the program.- Provide support to the end users acting as BlackLine Subject Matter Expert for BlackLine functionality questions and issues- Training global users on Blackline functionality**Education & Experience**- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting department.- Business-level English and Spanish language skills (speaking and writing) required.- Experience in Blackline.- Experience as Blackline Administrator is a plus.- Team player with a focus on collaboration.- ERP system experience (SAP, JDE, Oracle) and Intermediate to Advanced PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
