Growing Opportunities - Customer Service Associate

You will be assisting customers over the phone, in both Spanish and English, with technical support, customer service, offering and processing orders of these in every interaction.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
Demonstrates functional skill in communicating and explaining basic account information to the customer with focus on first-call resolution.
Open positions for Financial, Health Care Services, Technical Support and Sales accounts are now open.
We have 3 sites:
Convergys Aurora is in Ultra Park 1, Aurora de Heredia, Building 7A
Convergys Barreal Heredia, Metro Free Zone
Convergys Rohrmoser is west side of Plaza Mayor, Rohrmoser.
Required skills
• 90% English level or equivalent “B2”
• Completed High School Diploma is a must
• 18+ years old
• Customer service experience is a plus
• For foreigners only, Residence’s permit (Cédula de Libre Condición)
