If you have strong Portuguese and English language skills,HR data management background and consider yourself a team player, this could be the role for you. This role is to work on a team that is focused on a centralized and regional operation that provides data maintenance; update and correction support to the HR teams. Is also responsible of ensuring quality data needed for payroll eg: Time & Absence, Compensation, Benefits, etc.
This team plays a critical role in improving the people experience by providing timely resolution to employee/ manager queries, regarding various policies and practices Responsibilities:
•Updating and maintaining employee job data information in Oracle due to transfers, promotions or terminations (job titles, department, cost center or salary)
•Manage new hire paperwork/contracts and make sure data in the system is correct
•Managing leaves of Absence
•Benefits administration
•Run audits in the system to make sure we have quality data Responsible for overall data quality in the system
•Receiving and Answering Questions on individual or group benefits, entitlements, beneficiary/ dependent information, Personal Data Correction, Performance Assessment, Probation Review, Compensation and Benefits records, Policies. Confirmation Letters, historic leave application/ adjustment, Background Verifications, etc.
