IT Specialist 1:
In this role you will be responsible for implement changes in infrastructure architecture, working with the organization to provide an end to end solutions of the company needs.
Run IT department critical processes as well as attending incidents related to business interruptions.
Support in all of our platforms including, Windows, VMWare, Linux, Nortel, SQL, Cloud technologies.
Opportunity to learn, plan and implement strategical processes in a growing environment.
Specific tasks include to manage communication strategy to ensure all key stakeholders understand the impact of situations and build plans to resolve incidents and responsible for post-mortem follow ups to prevent from reoccurring.
