As a member of Korn Ferry Futurestep RPO, the Client Facing Recruiters (Junior and Senior) will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery.
This role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities.
The CFR is the subject matter expert around aATs, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities
•Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements
•CRM- Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner
•Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery
•Competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process
•Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition
Requirements: • 2 to 4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with outstanding sourcing skills.
•4+ years (2 years for Junior role) of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers
•4+ years (2 years for Junior role) of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
•4+ years (2 years for Junior role) of ATS experience is a must (TALEO, Talent Link or a similar ATS)
•2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
•Able to conduct and document screening process including resume pre-screening, telephone interview and short listing, design questions and scripts for screening process
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or similar field.
•Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
•Assertiveness, diplomatic, able to maintain confidentiality and very detail oriented.
