We provide our global teams with the resources needed to achieve individual career goals while helping to take science a step beyond by developing solutions for some of the world's toughest challenges, like protecting the environment, making sure our food is safe, or helping find cures for cancer.**How will you make an impact?****What will you do?**Scale of Responsibilities- Work together with business to identify, document and develop automation opportunities- Work together with COE members for project testing, deploy and support- Create project requirements, development process documents and final user guides- User support, training and troubleshooting after project go live- Manage projects in agile methodology using Jira**Functional & Technical Responsibilities**- Advanced automation and development skills required - the ability to collect requirements to create apps- Experience leveraging new technologies to support business processes.- Experience with transactional databases and coding- Hands on experience of data manipulation in Excel, SQL, Python and R- Experience with workflow management tools (i.e. QuickBase, ServiceNow) - Nice to haveHow will you get here?**Education**- Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or related field**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline required. 4+ years working experience required- Familiarity with either of the following areas: finance, supply chain, procurement, etc.- Automation experience with Power automate, Alteryx, Uipath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.- Familiar with one of programming language (Python, VB.net, C#, Java)- Understand AI, machine learning knowledge, AI project experience is a plus- Willing to learn new technology and hands on development, trouble shooting and support- Experienced in working in a dynamic Agile project delivery environment- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills- Strong communication and coordination skills- Solid skill on English communication that could collaborate with regional & global peers- Strong Sense of service and passion to impact othersOur Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
