||Company Information: The positions under ADC & HAS Management Costa Rica New Airport Terminal Daniel Oduber International Airport, located in Liberia, Costa Rica
Job Summary: Responsible for performing activities to ensure an acceptable level of customer service and compliance procedures in operations and non-scheduled flights in the passenger terminal
•Identify situations in which the minimum acceptable customer service is not met
•Conduct inspections in the public area, additional security, boarding bridges, to check that no factors affecting the normal operation of the airport
•Ensuring that local and international procedures are met by all officials of the established agencies at the airport
•Verify the operation of the equipment required for airport operation at the terminal
•Correct conditions potentially hazardous to passengers and employees of the terminal
•Investigate and report on complaints and discontinued operations in the AIDOQ
•Coordinate efforts of all departments of the airport to channel the work carried out on a consistent and safeguarding security
•Bachelor of high school
•Preferable work experience in airports, airport operations and customer service. Basic knowledge of office package.
Additional Requirements: Must be bilingual: English/Spanish, with advanced/intermediate oral English language skills and intermediate reading and writing English language skills. Must be a problem solver and a coordinator of multiple activities.
