• 1 year at your current position for support areas. (must)
• B.A in any Computer-related field (desire)
• Previous technical support or networking experience. (desired)
• Must be able to speak and write English clearly and effectively to customers and employees.
• Able to read and understand training material, policies and procedures, etc. in English.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent time management.
• Able to work under pressure.
