+ Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for administrative, technical, strategic and management positions throughout the company in San José, CR and other LATAM regions.

+ Consult with internal business leaders to identify needs and create high quality recruiting solutions for positions

+ Assist with development of recruiting strategies to fill positions through direct recruiting.

+ Build a pipe line of candidate resources and work with the recruitment manager to support the growth of the company.

+ Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.

+ Follow up with the related administrative aspects of employment, such as notifying the appropriate departments of employee's starting date.
+ Perform orientations and update records new staff records.

+ Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

+ Build a pipe line of candidate resources and work with the recruitment manager to support the growth of the company.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business/Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related (required).

+ 3+ years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience (massive hiring).

+ HR generalist experience

+ Drive to get things done, consistently exceed minimum activity levels

+ Excellent presentation and networking skills
+ Ability to creatively attract top performers in the industry

+ High energy, positive attitude, team player personality

+ Understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.

+ Efficient HR administration and people management skills.

+ Excellent record keeping skills.

+ Advanced MS Office user (Excel, Power Point, Word).

+ Meticulous attention to detail.
