May provide technical knowledge to the Financial Department in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, general accounting, fix assest, and accounts payable.
Your Responsibilities Include:
:May execute the following resposibilities:
:Coordinate, review and process the CompanyA and acute;s payrolls.
:Provide accounting support to the area in the maintenance of balance sheet accounts and prepare annual reports for both Procomer to MINAE. Provide support to the Treasury area.Implement, maintain and improve the system of internal controls in the financial area, as well as adequate compliance with national regulations (Zona Franca, local Accounting Standards) and international (SOX), analyze the performance of the plant in terms of Corporate Policy inventory cycle counts 4:2:1 materials.
:Contribute to clerical functions of Treasury.Collaborate with the general accounts records and reconciliation of balance accounts.
:Oversee the fixed assets area, establishing fixed asset controls required by the Free Trade Zone Regime in the Company sits, as well as managing the companyA and acute;s investment and the local:corporate relation in regard to the positionA and acute;s own tasks.
:Assist the Finance Department in recording accounting transactions,maintenance and control of balance sheet accounts as well as in the critical tasks of treasury, namelyconsolidation of weekly cash flow, reconciliation bank accounts and control and management of bank balances as to meet and exceed both internally and externally, with legal guidelines and best practices of the profession.
