2+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience

**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Invoice validation and entry according the KPIs to achieve the company goals.
- Resolution of vendor inquiries related to invoices and payments.
- Partnering with vendors to resolve account statement discrepancies.
- Reconcile, audit, and monitor vendor accounts with high complexity.
- Work closely with finance operations teams in different locations for timely transaction processing.
- Deliver guide to vendors to clarify accounts payable processes.
- Engage with retail, inbound operations or accounting for vendor inquires resolution.
- Support organizational/operational projects
