In your role, you will:
: Manage AP Team of approximately 40 employees including 6 team leads.
: Review and approve the cash management process (wire process).
: Develop and monitor departmental objectives to be aligned with the strategic objectives of the company.
: Assist OCS and CASRA requirements for audit process in P2P.
: Manage, evaluate performance and develop staff through coaching.
: Provides day:to:day direction to the AP staff in performance of customer agreement administration and related processes.
: Manage high performance objectives and support the team to achieve them on time and within the budget to meet vendor expectations.
: Create an environment that promotes excellence, innovation and employee engagement.
: Lead the team using KPIs and the System's tools to achieve excellence, improve service performance and to meet and exceed customer requirements.
: Ensure all AP Transactional issues are correctly routed to FSSC.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
: You hold a University Degree in Accounting or BA. MBA desired.
: You have a minimum of 5:8 years of experience leading people.
: You have strong understanding of the Financial Shared Service Center's operations and business.
: You have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
: You communicate effectively at all levels:including written and oral.
: You have advance level:English (French is a plus).
: You generally work autonomously in accordance with company policy.
: You have the ability to adapt yourself rapidly to a dynamic environment.
: You are well organized and able to perform under pressure.
: You must be proficient in Excel, SAP PowerPoint.
: You have excellent project management skills.
