**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to multiple executives by managing their calendars, including
- scheduling/moving appointments,
- sourcing internal meeting space as needed
- setting up video conferences for multiple locations
- working with on-site representation as needed if catering is required for meetings.
- scribe for meetings and sending out action items

**Person Specification/Skills**:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of Administrative Support experience in a corporate environment; Financial Services experience preferred
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, calendar, appointment settings
- Proficiency in setting up teams, zoom meetings
- Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills
- Excellent business communication and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to juggle priorities in a rapidly changing environment, Resourceful, proactive, solutions-oriented
