**Administrative Assistant**
The first 30 days will be in the Office and then Work From Home afterwards.
- Manage the helpdesk - Make sure tickets are complete, up to date.
Assist with finding resources to handle task
- Order Tech Supplies
- Coordinate Onsite Visits with Clients
- Answer Calls and Direct calls
- Plan Meetings, Take detailed notes
- Equipment - Ordering.
Make sure we have equipment for onsite visits
- Manage Vacation and Time off and Onsite calendars
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Pay: ¢900.00 - ¢1,300.00 per month
