We’ll look to you to create and implement a strategic vision for our global Agent Experience team. You’ll do this by participating and driving key projects that impact agent lifecycle and guide the project management groups to make sure these are sustainable. You will be responsible for establishing and managing a framework to have oversight of projects and improvement initiatives within the lifecycle of the agents. You will work with the Regional Directors to implement new policies and guidelines and ensure the Agent Lifecycle Management procedures are implemented globally within the regulatory requirements. Your role will be vital in coordinating activities across multiple functional groups to monitor, evaluate and improve the experience delivered to agents during interactions between WU and non- WU groups with WU Agencies. We will see you improving the agent onboarding process by making sure audit and controls are in place as well as goals and service level requirements across the regions.

For this role, we require you to have a business or industrial engineer degree and have 3-5 years’ of experience in a process and project management role within a global organization. Six Sigma qualification or similar other such as Lean, Scrum or Agile methodologies are a plus. Strong knowledge/experience in Data Analytics will help you to succeed in this role as you will be expected to discover, clean and transform data to make successful decisions that help the business to optimize its performance. You will need to be a strong communicator with the influencing skills to build business cases and make recommendations based on data, for such English and Spanish are the required languages.
