Title Agile Coach (Senior) Description We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach to align with corporate executives to build out an annual Business Agility Roadmap aligned to corporate goals and objectives. Assess business units on current state in Business Agility Health.
Support one of the following workstreams:
Ops IT / Marketing IT : Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Order to Cash, Sales, CRM, Marketing, Data/Analytics
Group Technologies / Services IT : CTO Enterprise Platform Solutions, SAP COE, Agile Responsive IT, Cloud Solutions, HW, Operations, DevOps
Corporate Solutions / Security/Info Assurance : Finance, HR, Security, Compliance, Assurance, CIO Office
Develop an overall Business Agility Plan based on goals and objectives for the workstream
Using Agility Health Radars : Assess the Business Agility health of the workstream to identify baseline scores, risks, and opportunities
Develop a Business Agility Strategy and Outcome based Roadmap for the Workstream
Facilitate continuous improvement
Develop cross:functional collaboration across the workstream
Conduct regular assessments and support the tracking of progress against the KVA/KVMs for the workstream
Support the progress toward the Business Agility Index / Goals:

5+ years of hands:on Agile experience, 1+ years of experience of Agile Coaching experience, 3+ years of Information Technology experience, 5+ years managing projects
CSP or PMI:ACP
or related certification (Required)
5+ years of Agile
experience and at least 1+ year of mentoring/coaching
Coached at least 3 transformations
3+ years of information technology experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems or Engineering; or equivalent work experience
5 or more years managing projects
Thorough understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies, values, and procedures.
Thorough understanding of agile scaling frameworks; preferably the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Experience working with both agile and waterfall methodologies on large scale, technically complex projects.
Ability to deal with multiple projects.
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Must be self:motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time:critical problems.
Data driven analysis skills for measuring and managing delivery.
Experience with relevant business software (e.g. Microsoft Office applications, Team Foundation Server).
