JOB DESCRIPTION
:

:Serves customers in a caring, efficient and diplomatic way and resolves problems in a mutually beneficial manner; prepares itineraries, computes fares, and issues tickets; calculates total revenue received; must be able to work alone or with minimal supervision. Checks baggage and informs passenger of excess baggage charges in accordance with tariff rules; must be able to lift and carry bags and boxes weighing up to 70 lb; must have the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.

REQUIREMENTS:

:Must have working knowledge of sabre; must meet weight, height, and profile requirements ref: passenger service manual; must be willing to work weekends and flexible shifts according to operational needs; must have a minimum of one year experience in reservations and or customer service and possess excellent customer service skills; good oral communication skills; must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand English and the native language; must have the ability to work under pressure; high school diploma is required
