The role:
**Responsibilities**

Technician, technologist or professional in systems engineering or related career with 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
- IT onsite troubleshooting and diagnose skills.
- Troubleshoot, describe and understanding of cloud concepts and associated technical functions.
- Technical support for Microsoft 365 technologies. (Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint and OneDrive)
- Ticket troubleshooting and resolution.
- Tiered escalation paths best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- Manage different customer tenants.

What we need to see from you:
**Required skills**:

- Experience with Windows 10 and Office 365
- Service now or any other ticket management tool
- Live in San Jose, Costa Rica since the work is face-to-face.
- Systems Engineer or related career
- Experience in onsite support, experience with windows 10, office 365, active directory, computer equipment support.
- At least 2 years of experience
- ITIL knowledge (certification preferred).
