About the role:

Engineer, VIP Projects: Participates in data integrity, system testing and data flow. Analyze, evaluate and test business system(s). Support customer assistance requests as required and implements new configurations of information.
Your responsibilities include:

Prepares Define requirements by analyzing business processes.
:
Design and construct solutions by analyzing of business processes and requirements.
:
Tests business process solutions by creating and executing testing scenarios.
:
Implements business process solutions by creating, delivering and training users on new business processes and systems.
:
Ensure business processes are stable after a new system implementation (or change) by understanding the impact of the changes on the process.
:
Interface with other cross:functional Analysts to ensure enhancements support and complement other business systems.

Supports end:users in the day:to:day application of the system by discussing and solving problems (problem resolution, running queries, providing first:line support).
:
Implements business process solutions to issues not addressed by formal system releases.
