Bachelor's or Licentiate Degree in Industrial Production, Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electro mechanics, Computer Engineering o related field.
1+ years of experience as Prod Supervisor/People Manager.
1+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.
Intermediate English Level.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Problem Solving Methodologies
Data analysis JMP SQL pathfinder others
LEAN and Six Sigma
Demonstrated proficiency on manufacturing systems in a dynamic environment.
