Outbound Cold Calling
- Receiving calls and qualifying leads
- Lead management (setting appointments and following up)
- Social media management/marketing
- Research and data entry
- Lifestyle support/Travel research
- Ad Hoc varied day to day business support task

**Requirements**:

- At least six months real estate experience
- Working Computer/Laptop
- Good internet speed
- Power pack required if power outages are experienced in your area
- Two valid government IDs

**Skills Required**:

- Microsoft office suite
- Excellent organization and research skills
- Strong written and verbal English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, enthusiastic self-starter
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Adaptable to organizational change
- Excellent Attention to details
- At least 40/WPM typing speed with 90%+ accuracy

Ability to commute/relocate:

- San José, Provincia de San José: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Real Estate Cold Calling: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English and Spanish (required)
