We are seeking a professional, bilingual Assistant to the Director to support the daily operations of our dental clinic.
You will work directly with the Director to ensure smooth coordination for our international patients and provide essential front-desk support.
Primary Duties: Act as the primary assistant to the Director, handling various office tasks and documentation.
Patient Coordination: Serve as the first point of contact for patients traveling from the US.
Front Desk: Greet patients, answer inquiries, and maintain a professional reception area.
Digital Tasks: Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel as well as the CRM for data entry, correspondence, and office organization.
Requirements:
Exceptional verbal and written English skills are required for communicating with US-based patients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is essential.
Ability to follow instructions closely and stay on top of office tasks.
