The Research Analyst at Thomson Reuters Pricing Service (TRPS) is responsible for fixed income and derivative evaluation support and customer service. TRPS provides evaluated pricing on over 2.6 million fixed income instruments and derivatives per day which are used by asset managers, custodian banks, investment banks, and third party vendors. Day to day responsibilities include query case management and pricing production activities. The analyst will research all queries submitted by TRPS customers including coverage and quality requests. Pricing production involves the creation and maintenance of money market and credit default swap (CDS) curves, client file creation, mortgage-backed benchmark pricing, and new issuance research.
