We are looking for **Authentication Services Engineer** with extensive experience working in a complex computing environment to join our Corporate IT Operations team. You will work as part of a team that provides operational support for the services like, Active Directory, PKI, MFA, and LDAP. A deep understanding of Linux OS, Active Directory, PKI, LDAP and PowerShell/ Python. To be successful, you will need a good technical orientation; be a creative problem solver; be self-motivated to advance in the field; and work well in a team-oriented environment.
**_Job Role and Responsibility:_**
+ Perform performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting, continual improvement
+ Deploy and maintain Authentication services infrastructure for a Production that requires 24/7 accessibility
+ Work with other systems administrators on maintenance of various environments globally
+ Perform tasks that are often unstructured and address issues that are less defined requiring new points of view and creative approaches
+ Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot virtual applications as and when required
**_Required Skills:_**
+ 2 to 4+ years of experience supporting production systems
+ 2 to 4+ years of experience with Windows OS / Linux operating systems
+ Strong Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python & PowerShell
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills; including documentation
+ Ability to handle multiple complex tasks, with tight deadlines concurrently
+ Demonstrate ability to perform well in a dynamic environment, with on-time delivery
+ Demonstrate ability to use problem solving techniques such as root cause analysis to resolve issues
+ Demonstrate ability to write and present effective materials, including presentations, status reporting update, technical or architectural diagrams and flowcharts
+ Ability to follow and adhere to policies, procedures and standards relating to storage and systems management
+ Ability to collaborate with a team working across multiple locations
+ Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions
+ Ability to work a 24x7 On-Call rotation schedule
**_Preferred Skills:_**
+ Knowledge of LDAP, and Linux OSes
+ Knowledge of Python and/or PowerShell
