Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES
- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE Partner with operational teams and business partners to plan, execute and oversee the implementation of process improvement projects. Provide a cross-functional perspective, promote standardization and best practice sharing. Serve as a process optimization internal advisor to business leaders to analyse complex business problems and make recommendations. Support business case development for process optimization focused initiatives within Bacardi Enterprise Services. Leverage objective, data-driven Lean Six Sigma tools and methods in all process improvement work. i.e. Value Stream Mapping, FMEA, Measurement Systems Analysis Develop and deploy control plans and monitoring reports which help the business sustain the gains from process improvements. Align with Business Intelligence Manager and applicable governance. Coach others in the practical use of Lean Six Sigma tools and methods. Deliver expected benefits from improvement initiatives which may include operational efficiencies, expense savings, improved customer experience, revenue growth, enhanced quality, and/or regulatory excellence. - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, finance/accounting or another related field Broad and deep experience in shared services operations
- 5 or more years. Work experience with process design, transformation and improvement projects, preferably using Lean/Six Sigma and/or other quality methodologies Work experience with deploying mid-to-large scale IT systems and/or centralized shared services – 5 or more years.
