Your Role and Responsibilities
The Benefits Administrator has the following responsibilities:

- Perform daily, biweekly, monthly, quarterly and annual processes that consolidate pension amounts/information for eligible IBM Canada employees:
- Pension contribution amounts on employees who are retiring/separating
- Employee's pensionable earnings for a corresponding year
- Verification of pension payments calculation made by vendors.
- Gathering pension information requested by clients on certain employees
- Perform queries that will assist the reconciliation between the information held with the vendors and IBM.
- Relocate the employees in their temporary/ permanent new work location and engaged a Vendor that contact the employee for end to end support.
- Review / prepare payments for employees: CMP, Ceridian and invoices on a biweekly basis, according to the Payroll Calendar.
- Creation of POs through BOND.

*Please note that this in an internal only position and limits candidates to current IBMers working in the same country and legal entity where the position is available.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- High School Diploma
- English: Fluent
- Excellent oral, listening, written and speaking English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills: Able to work as part of a team.
- Client facing skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and results oriented
- Prioritizing and managing multiple requirements with high sense of urgency.
- Developed computer skills (Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, Explorer, etc).
- Experience in Business Controls.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.

- Workday knowledge
