Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor's or associate degree in business administration and related field.- Fluent in English and Spanish required.- 1 - 3 years experience administrating benefit plans.- Must possess strong analytical skills, Excel skills, strong communication skills, problem solving skills, detail-oriented, customer service oriented, quick learner, and able to work independently with little supervision.- Must be deadline-oriented and have a sense of urgency at times.- Must exercise discretion and confidentiality.
