**Job Description**:
As the Billing Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to all of the billing team members located in the Costa Rica office. This includes but is not limited to billing account setup, customer data maintenance, billing, billing adjustments, and invoicing activities. The Billing Supervisor will also be responsible for the daily load of invoices and adjustments into Oracle as well as supporting month-end activities. This role will be highly focused on process improvement, automation, and creating efficiencies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support billing team members located in Costa Rica.
- Ensure the timely completion of daily invoicing in Oracle for multiple businesses.
- Maintain and manage all invoice databases.
- Receive research and respond to incoming questions; provide information, explain policies and procedures, and/or facilitate a resolution.
- Perform and process billing adjustments and manual billing requests following company policies and procedures.
- Partner with local, regional, and global stakeholders and communicate effectively with the business to foster good working relationships with the rest of the organization.
- Support the team working on different ad hoc requests and preparing data as requested.
- Recommend and implement best practices for improvements/enhancements to current processes, and drive standardization of activities including the identification of productivity and efficiency.
- Can operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Foster a culture of innovation and process improvement within the billing department to drive automation initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or other quantitative field or relevant experience working on Billings position - preferred.
- Advanced English level.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in O2C processes in a shared service center environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in people management.
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn systems quickly.
- Desire to learn new skills with high-level problem-solving skills and cover new challenges.
- Strong ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and adhere to tight and established deadlines.
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with competence in presenting in a professional and influential manner.
- Ability to interpret written customer contracts.
- Researches, analyzes and reconciles customer information across systems.
- Oracle E-Business or ERP System.
