- Define sales potential, market share and propose budgets for assigned products
- Conceptualise and establish, campaigns, strategies and tactics of action plans for the assigned products, basded on AZ global guidelines, International and LatAm guidelines

- Prepare Promotional plans by cycle.
- Evaluate, measure and provide follow-up for the impact from marketing programmes, by quantifying sales, market and prescription share, # of patients, account plans progress and other qualitative measures.
- Collaborate with local teams in each country of the cluster to design and implement the entire brand plans (including medical plan)
- Propose and manage product investment within approved budgets.
- Be very involved in the Annual Financial Planning process.
- Carry out manufacturing forecasts and supervise their monthly compliance. Frequently revise stocks, safety stocks and shipments to countries with operations group..
- Design and review promotional materials to ensure they comply with company guidelines and local laws and regulations of each country.
- Provide follow-up of scientific advances that are related to the assigned products.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and risks.
- Support Sales Force and the cross-functional team to get plans successfully implemented (Reps., First Line Sales Manager, Commercial Director, Regulatory and Medical Affairs, Access, Supply, Patient Program)
Ensure compliance with the Global Policy on SHE, its supporting documents and the laws and regulations of the countries in which AZ CAMCAR MAC operates.
Essential
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical business.
- Experience launching products successfully
- Experience with specialty care products in CAMCAR (e.g. biologics, oncology, rare diseases, etc)
- Planning, organisation and control to execute fast.

Formal Education
- Major in Business Administration, marketing, Pharmacy or related.
