**AS A PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL**:
- Manage plastic and metal welding projects for customers across a variety of industries
- Maintain and manage customer relationship and expectations
- Provide technical direction to internal and external designers, technicians, field service and other personnel during quotation, design, manufacture, testing and post shipment activities
- Communicates and coordinates 3rd party interface with vendors or construction contractors on commercial as well as technical related project requirements
- Develop and present customer proposals
- Responsible for developing and maintaining project timelines
- Assist in training of customers through in-house seminars, field seminars and lab training
- Host customer visits to review designs, hold equipment weld trials and production simulation runs, as assigned
- Some overnight travel required to support customers, as assigned
**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field, or related studies and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of validated experience
- Experience in customer project management and industrial manufacturing sales processes, including technical consultation and multi-functional teamwork
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Must have highly developed people skills due to interfacing with all levels of associates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Top-notch computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Advanced Excel
- Must have advanced oral and written English skills, B2 minimum
- Basic understanding of hydraulic circuits, industrial pneumatic and controls
**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- Knowledge of manufacturing environment and customer engagement
- Background in plastics, automotive, electronics, or medical device industry a plus
- Experience with Project, Access
- Experience with CRM (Oracle, SalesForce, etc.)
