· **Education:** Information technology or industrial engineer, bachelor’s degree
· **Experience:** Minimum five years of experience as a
professional in the technical field and in similar positions
· **Specialized Knowledge (Desirable):**
· Experience as a supply chain and finance business analyst, preferably
with knowledge in Oracle Business Suite ERP
· Understanding of SQL and PL/SQL
· Programing skills
· **Languagesrequired for the position (Desirable):** Full English
· **Computertools and knowledge level required (Desirable** ):
· Microsoft Office: Advanced
· Other tools: Microsoft SQL Server,
Advance Microsoft Office Knowledge, Discover, Toad, Business Intelligence
Tools.

· **Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:** Coordinate, lead, validate and implement the introduction of new systems
or processes for the Human resources, Finance and Supply chain organizations,
according with the quality requirements and as well SOX requirements.
· Coordinate, lead and implement Information Services projects applying the
best practices for project management, in order to get the results on time,
quality and scope expected.
· Coordinate and participate in interdisciplinary groups, in order to
accomplish the adoption of new local solutions or corporate solutions that
impacted Costa Rica facility.
· Coordinate with the Information Services group to provide the require
direction for the HR, Finance and Supply chain groups in the decisions related
to acquisitions of new technology, implementations of new processes, etc.,
ensuring the application of the best practices in the management and usage of
the information services, without impacting the business performance.
· Attend to the different group meetings to determinate the problems that
affect the business and provide a timely and efficient response to its needs.
· Coordinate with management and middle management, the Information
Services resources and consultants from different areas to execute local
organizational projects or corporate projects that required Information
Services support.
· Participate in problem solving teams, collaborating with the organization
and planning of the activities and providing technical support, with the
purpose to attack different kind of problems with effective and systematic
solutions.
· Review and update the current quality documentation and elaborate new
documents and procedures that allow the integration of new systems or processes
to the quality system of the company.
· Coordinate with the corporate Information Services department, the
implementation of new applications execution of sustaining process and the
enhancements of the current applications and technologies.
· Collaborate with manufacture and quality engineers to perform quality
validations for business applications under the government of the Information
Services group.
