Business Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics or other business disciplines or equivalent experience
- Experience using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, EC2, EMR and data pipelines
- Proficiency with data querying or modeling technique with SQL and Python
- Experience with Tableau Desktop and Server

The Operations, Success, & Engagement (OSE) Business Intelligence team is looking for a self-motivated, experienced, and highly curious individual with strong data analytics and visualization skills.
In this role, you will own the design, development, and management of analytical tools and reporting that support the team's and business's needs.
You will need to work with leadership to use data to solve complex problems and drive business decisions.
Writing high quality SQL using Amazon's wide variety of querying tools and developing visualizations to easily communicate your findings are critical skills.
You should have deep expertise in creation and management of datasets and the proven ability to translate the data into meaningful insights through collaboration with Business Intelligence Engineers (BIEs) and Data Engineers (DEs).

- Masters in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or other quantitative fields.
- Experience developing, troubleshooting and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure (networking, server provisioning, storage, and real time data streams)
- Analyst in a company with large, complex data sources and cross functional collaboration.
- Expert-level proficiency in writing complex, highly-optimized SQL queries across large datasets
- Experience with Salesforce object management and extraction
- Experience on AWS Cloud Formation, Code Pipelines, Code Build and Elastic Beanstalk
- Customer service operations experience and knowledge background
