The WW Sales Management Support is part of the WW Sales Strategy and Acceleration team.
This team enables Sales & WWSSA Ops teams to deliver on transformative outcomes by supporting them through best-in-class operational execution.
We are looking for Analyst I in our SaaS Opportunity to Quote team.
This role will support in executing opportunity/quote which enable sales during the overall deal cycle in the preparation & negotiation phases of a SaaS deal.
You will be working closely with the Executive Account Managers, Sales Reps, Strategic Renewals Account Managers, Deal Managers & other supporting teams.

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
Within 30 days of employment, you will be completed the classrooms trainings for your day-to-day job and together with a buddy, who will be supporting you through your learning you will be start working on some of the transactional activities (access approvals and Planning group and unique account updates) with the help of other team members.
You will also be introduced to the stakeholders and the business requirements.
Along with that you will be trained on the basic concepts of Account & Territory processes during the training.
Within 90 days of employment, you will be able to handle complex requests which needs more research & analysis.
You will be focusing on adding value to business, besides speed & accuracy of executing assigned tasks.
This period will help you learn the process in deep and get efficient to make use of tools/systems to execute your day-to-day tasks.

Within 180 days of employment, you will be able to relate/understand the ongoing projects/initiatives and get familiar with all line of business supported by WW SMS.
You will have opportunities to play a larger role in contributing to UAT, process change management, project conversations, drive small-medium-larger automations, etc.

- Create, manage, and revise Quotes as per standard operating procedures
- Understand and adherence to KPI/metrics, agreed SLAs & productivity expectations
- Act with sense of urgency with priorities/escalations
- Good communication skill to engage with stakeholders whenever needed
- Good Analytical skill to solve complex problems and able to collaborate with various teams to get proper resolutions
- Contract/License Renewals, Lead/opportunity Management, SaaS Business, Quote to Cash, Order to Cash, Shared Services Operations, etc.
- Actively contribute to process improvement ideas and automation of current processes/systems/procedures
- Closely monitor non-standard process and strike a conversation to standardize processes for faster turn-around-time.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as per business requirements and managements request

Where is this role located?
Flexible: The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local office and remote depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager.
You will be expected to live within a reasonable non-daily commute of the office.
