**Job Summary**:
Helps identify and execute changes and enhancements to existing reports/dashboards.
Prepares and analyzes ad hoc reports, and provides summaries of data as well as recommendations to senior leadership.
Works on special projects as directed.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities required**:

- Partner with the business to develop and execute the data, tools, reporting and/or analysis needed to deliver solutions in support of business needs that help drive operational business performance
- Reviews data and identifies issues or conclusions to report to senior peers and help drive the solutions.
- Support Senior team members and leaders with the information and proactive analysis they need to make informed business decisions.

**Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities**:

- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Able to assimilate research data from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action to take.
- Able to develop, execute, and drive enhancements to reports/dashboards.
- Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to identify areas of risk/concern in area of responsibility, and develop action plans to address.
- Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Data Analytics skills and Familiarity with Statistical modeling techniques
- Knowledge on Visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI, and basic use of SQL
- Familiarity with statistical and general programming languages such as R and/or Python is a plus

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree with Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Economics or related quantitative discipline Field of Study preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a business analytics function or related analytic role.
**Additional Education/Previous Experience Recommendations**:

- Basic knowledge/experience with BI/BW tools, Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI, SQL, **is a plus.
**
