We are currently seeking a ((Business Relationship Manager Generalist)) to join our team in ((San Joaquin de Las Flores)), ((Heredia)), ((Costa Rica)).
Minimum Required Qualifications
BA/BS in MIS, Business or equivalent experience.
3+ years of IT and business / industry work experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with business and technology partners. Builds appropriate rapport, ability to obtain results through influence and collaboration.
Ability to translate data, process and technology concepts into business terms.
Experience building and documenting business case for technology spend.
Demonstrated business acumen. Ability to identify and anticipate business needs, expectations and requirements for technology:based solutions. Demonstrated success in proactively solving business:related problems.
Ability to derive technology requirements to enable business capabilities.
Financial acumen. Working knowledge of project budgets, forecasting, and actuals.
Experience driving continuous improvement by processes or work structures.
Ability to assess and analyze large data sets and draw insightful conclusions. Ability to define and use metrics (scorecards, trend analysis, etc.).
Comfortable with navigating ambiguity, building trusting relationships, and a self:starter.
Drive for results. Ability to complete initiatives through Cargill Global IT and 3rd party vendors.
Ability IT industry knowledge to real:world business situations. Proactively seeks information and insights for industry, internal and external experts.
Ability to travel up to 25
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with organizational change management.
Experience in business process analysis and design.
Small to medium project coordination.
Experience working with internal and external IT service providers.
