Business/Systems Analystto join our team in
San jose,
San José (CR:SJ),
Costa Rica (CR).
:
Performs technical troubleshooting and analysis on multiple integrated systems, including diagnostic approaches, determining root causes and identifying solutions.
:
Resolves customer issues or recognizes need to escalate more complex issues to technical, operations, and/or management teams.
:
Break fix and support of all B2B/EDI transactions with a goal to reduce repetitive failures and the overall number of failures
:
Monitor and resolve system performance issues
:
Participate in production support rotation with other team members
:
Complete EDI customer and vendor setups including 850, 855, 856, 810, 860 and other document types according to the ANSI standards
:
Identify areas for improvement and make suggestions to gain efficiency
