Funciones del Puesto
Responsible for the purchasing of raw materials and components at the best value, quality and on time to support customer demand, production schedules and supply chain objectives
• Assure availability of inventory materials and the required inventory levels for healthy turns
• Ensure that vendors, materials and components conform to requirements and specifications
• Develop and improve vendor relationships
• Plan and execute negotiations with suppliers regarding prices, delivery, etc.
• Comply with established policies, practices and procedures.

Requisitos del Puesto
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & related web applications
Experience using an ERP system (SAP is a plus)
Ability to analyze and summarize data into actionable summary reports.
Supply Chain knowledge (Sourcing, Demand and Supply Management, and Inventory Management)
Practice elements of effective communication, effective listening, emotional intelligence and leadership.
Practice compliance elements: internal and external audits: major and minor observations, DCOs

Experiencia Deseada
2 years of experience in supply Chain or related field
Experience a regulated industry in Free Trade Zone
Customer and supplier interaction experience
New product introduction experience
APICS or CSCP certification a plus

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing) at all levels of the organization
