Cash Application Analyst

**CASH APPLICATION ANALYST**:
Our team in **Heredia** currently has an opening for a **Cash Application Analyst**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ensure unapplied cash are identified and investigated.
- Review and reconcile all payments received on a current and daily basis
- Prepare detailed, accurate and organized accounts receivable reconciliations for customer requests as well as internal requests
- Identify and communicate discrepancies in payments received with collections team
- Focus on managing portfolio of receivable accounts and ensure aged balances remain within the set business targets
- Prepare scheduled /ad hoc financial analysis reports
- Adhere to agreed service levels, company policies and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate to supervisor where necessary

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Strong team player
- Familiar with office productivity tools (MS Office etc.)
- Good knowledge of ERP
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)
- 0 - 3 years of work experience
- Industry or shared services experience is an added advantage
- Have experience in Finance and Accounting
