**Qualifications**
In this role you will be responsible for managing client information, building and maintaining long term client relationships to ensure business growth, analyzing business practices, client requirements, and feedback in order to provide input to products and services acting as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Execute overall management responsibilities around client implementations
- Monitor multiple concurrent projects
- Evaluate and execute client engagement business analysis
- Develop and manage relationships with key client stakeholders
- Identify initial solution requirements through discovery sessions with clients
- Direct estimations and identify resources for project completion
- Identify and communicate prospective implementation risk and mitigations
- Monitor client satisfaction through follow up on solving client issues and problems

- Proven experience in project management and client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work with a distributed workforce
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
