We are looking for a Client Review Specialist to help current clients review and finalize their immigration forms and declarations prior to filing with USCIS.
The Client Review Specialist will demonstrate compassion and empathy for the client, provide detailed and informed information to the clients from attorneys, and share a comprehensive debrief of the meeting with the Eagan team.
The Client Review Specialist will also oversee the administration of any clients' TVAP (Trafficking Victim Assistance Program) enrollments as applicable.
Eagan Immigration is a US-based law firm dedicated to helping our clients explore their immigration options, create a plan for their case and obtain the immigration benefit for which they qualify.
We care about our clients and their families and aim to support them at each stage of their immigration journey.
This position will be located at Costa Rica under a hybrid scheme between office and home (2/3)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interviews with clients to review their finalized forms and declarations and to ask any addition questions from attorneys and writers
- Review client's documents match the information on the forms
- Assist the client with their filing fee questions and payment
- Inform the client the next steps in the legal process
- Provide a complete brief of the conversation with clients to attorneys and other members of the legal team to be able to file these packages in a timely manner
- Oversee clients' TVAP enrollments
- Maintain communication with client and case manager re: clients on enrollment
- Attend weekly meetings and trainings with team lead and attorneys
- Other related to the role tasks and projects as assigned.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in college related to the role fields or minimum of High School Bs.
Degree.
- Prior customer care experience is valued as this position targets individuals capable of handling sensitive information and providing high touch follow up.
- MS Office savvy.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English; excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management experience
- Past immigration, social work/support, human rights, psychology and/or legal assistance experience highly valued.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- For this virtual position, we require our team members to have access to reliable internet speed of at least 10-50MB.

- Some flexibility in hours may be required complying with designated shift.
