The Challenge
You’ll be working on B2B CDP & Analytics, AI/ML projects in Marketo, an Adobe company, working collaboratively with the AEP and Sensei teams. We build the software that helps our customers to execute campaigns intelligently, gain the insights of various marketing channels, and predict people’s behaviors toward marketing programs. We take care of petabytes of data and serve thousands of customers. We are looking for an upbeat Cloud Architect with strong technical background in data pipeline preferably on analytics or AI space. You would be the key person developing the pipelines and data integration for Analytics and AI/ML initiatives. You have a strong focus and dedication to delivery. You are a leader with vision in developing performant and scalable SaaS applications. What you’ll do
- Define the reference product architecture working closely with product managers, architects, engineers, and data scientists to develop batch and streaming data pipeline for B2B CDP, Analytics and AI/ML products.
- Design and build fault-tolerant and high-performance systems for data processing at scale.
- Design new features and build technical specifications by working with product management and user design; take these features from concept to production with the help of the engineering team.
- Work closely with architect team to validate, influence and present the new architectural improvements.
- Engineering development & solve issues.
- Continually improve code quality, performance, stability, and reliability in the products.
- Work with SRE to automate the deployment and monitoring of multi-tenant SaaS applications. What you need to succeed
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years software development
- 4+ years SaaS Application Architecture and product development.
- 3+years in building batch and streaming data pipelines
- Proficiency in Spark, Java/Scala, Hadoop, Kafka, Python
- Proven skills in SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Familiar with Linux operating system and shell scripting
- Experience with Enterprise Java and Java frameworks, Spring, Spring Boot, micro-service architecture
- Experience developing automated unit, integration and functional test suites
- Experience in public clouds (Azure/AWS)
- Experience with high scale, performance and enterprise security standards What Will Make You Stand Out
