Cloud Automation Engineer

The Cloud Automation Engineer will contribute to a team in the design and delivery of cloud capabilities in a standardized manner.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaboratively work to design an automation framework to automate the delivery of Infrastructure As A Service in a standardized way.
- Seek opportunities to reduce costs while simultaneously improving operational efficiencies.
- Past experience in automating IT infrastructure delivery in private and public clouds is a plus.
- Development experience with infrastructure as code techniques and infrastructure automation tools.
- Experience creating continuous integration and continuous deployment frameworks.
- Training less experienced members
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure that the project deliverables were structurally sound, complied with regulations and standards, and fit gracefully into their environments.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in Scripting languages: Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell/PowerCLI (plus)
- Experience in Infrastructure: Azure/AWS/Google Cloud
- Plus hardware and software tools: VMware, VMware vRealize Automation
- Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent Information technology-related job experience.
