Location**:Remote (specific time zone) GMT-07:00 to GMT+01:00.

Skills**:Beginner in real estate sales, real estate investing, and GHL (GoHighLevel).

Responsibilities and more:
Day to Day Outline:

- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and opportunities.
- Utilize automation tools for efficient lead management.
- Implement SMS prospecting strategies to engage potential clients.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Utilize GHL (Go High Level) strategies to qualify and prioritize leads.
Non-negotiables:

- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
- Experience with GHL methodologies.
- Background in real estate or investment is a must.
Pay: ¢2,645.00 - ¢5,290.00 per hour
