**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for a **Compensation and Benefits Lead** responsible for planning, designing, developing, analyzing, communicating, and implementing compensation and benefits programs for CARCAM cluster (Costa Rica, Panamá, Barbados & Puerto Rico. These must be consistent with the company's commercial and HR strategies in all areas of business.

The main objective is to attract, maintain, and motivate all the high-quality collaborators to reduce turnover and improve our company's profile as the best place to work.

**Main Functions**:
**WE DELIVER**:
Develop a concise compensation philosophy according to our Inchcape culture.

Design, implement, and improve the variable compensation plans.

Participate in salary and work market surveys to determine predominant salaries and benefits.

Prepare customized compensation & cost reports.

Generate and analyze rotation reports to identify trends and propose action plans of retention.

Monitor headcount movement, ensuring alignment with budget.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:
Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related Degree.

3 years of proven experience in multinational companies in Compensation & Benefits.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Advanced Microsoft Office, SAP, Success Factor, Salary Survey Methodologies, PwC, and Mercer.
