Key job responsibilities
- Reconcile, audit, and monitor vendor accounts with low complexity.
- Perform collection activities according the KPIs to achieve the company goals.
- Partnering with vendors to ensure credit notes and payment complement or any other fiscal document collection.
- Work closely with finance operations teams in different locations for timely transaction processing.
- Deliver training to vendors to clarify compliance processes with support of OPS Lead.
- Driving historical reconciliations from previous fiscal periods, to support fiscal audit readiness.
- Processing of fiscal documents into the corresponding ERPs.
- Monitor tax legislation changes and align internal systems accordingly.
- Support Fiscal audit delivery requirements.

The day to day in this role involves the reconciliation and collection activities of fiscal documents generated by Amazon's vendors.
This role is the face with the vendors on regards Compliance operations.
Main stakeholders are Tax, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams who, working jointly as one team, ensures to be compliant with local regulations and goals achievement.
