How would you contribute to the role:

You will coordinate the performing of tests and execution of control points among the different departments in the Center. You will contribute to this role by strengthening the control environment in the CRSSC analyzing and optimizing processes, reviewing all critical tasks and ensuring the necessary and correct controls are in place. You will be responsible for leading change and standardization when needed. You will also be responsible to meet with the leadership team on a quarterly basis to present the important findings and follow up on remediation plans and actions agreed with supervisors.

What skills and background will be important to be successful:

-Prior Audit and internal control experience is a must.
-Accounting or financial background.
-Demonstrated leadership skills.
-Strong oral and written communication, presentation, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
-Strong analytical skills and very high attention to detail.
-Ability to make accurate and timely decisions under pressure.

-University degree in accounting or Finance
-Proactive, self:driven and oriented to objectives.
-Experience working with cross functional teams.
-Software Skills:
-Microsoft office
-Excel Proficiency
-Share Point advanced skills
Advance knowledge in Oracle EBS
