Job Description This role performs various administrative activities in support of the Cost & Inventory Controller & other senior staff. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation the Components Cost & other orgs.
- Organizing and managing complex calendar schedules for controllers and senior managers including internal & external meetings, conference calls and appointments.
- Manage communication across the organization.
- Scheduling meetings and events with senior internal and external stakeholders: staff, strategic dialogue, council, extended staff's sessions - this includes managing logistics, minutes & agenda as required
- Providing support for departmental events, quarterly events and recognition: QGS, Finance Recognition, Finance Conference Week, Cost Summit or other events
- Maintaining organizational charts, public distribution lists and group contact lists
- Supporting office administration with associated tasks ordering office supplies, food orders, travel, F2F logistics, and asset inventory processes
- Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports
- Assist with issuing and tracking POs (Purchase orders) and budgetary categories
- Hosting key visitors. Employee on boarding. General office and space management needs.

- Assignments are diverse in nature and may require coordination across global teams and partnership with other admins and operations managers.
The Team is a multisite team with presence in Costa Rica, Oregon , Santa Clara, & Arizona

Qualifications
Minimum
3+ years of administrative support experience or equivalent education.
Intermediate to advance English
Preferred
Experience with online tools such as expense reports, travel tools, and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Microsoft Teams and Yammer are a plus.
Familiar with the Intel -specific tools, My Travel, expense reports, Workday, Purchasing Services, My Learning, My Expenses, Skype for Business and Inside Blue, etc.
Experience working with culturally diverse groups located across multiple geographies is desired.
