About the Role:

Provide complex administrative support to the calibration services department. Works under limited supervision with general instructions given on new assignments. Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Your Responsibilities Include:
:Maintains the Calibration Manager Database.
:Maintains calibration investigation forms and works closely with equipment owners and coordinators to ensure prompt closure.
:Serves as a point of contact for internal customers.
:Creates and Maintains calibration records, logs and files.
:Prepares, maintains and distributes calibration reports/metrics.
:May gather and prepare data in preparation for upcoming projects and organizes own schedule to meet deadlines.
:Makes decisions using independent judgment under general guidelines.
:Assists with equipment verification in the supported laboratories.
:Create and maintain calibration work orders.
:Track and trend equipment due and overdue.
:Perform calibrations as needed.
:Create and maintain calibration procedures.
What Were Looking For:
:Technical Education: Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or equivalent
:English Level required: B1+: (60 : 69)
:Desired knowledge:
:Knowledge of ISO 1NANA12/IEC17NA25
:Basic Statistics
:Must be able to perform general math and algebra functions
:At least 2 years of experience in similar position
