Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Identify talent sources and methods to attract and identify high quality candidates for identified opportunities.
Deliver high caliber talent across various channels in targeted markets.
Screen active and passive candidates.
Proactively fill a pipeline funnel for recruiters by conducting target searches within our ATS, linkedin and various other platforms.
Maintain relationships with recruiting team to share feedback on trends
Determine eligibility of candidates utilizing established screening techniques.
Implement creative and engaging passive recruiting methods utilizing internet resources, job boards and referral programs.
Monitor and manage candidates through process and various stages within our ATS.
Identify new techniques to source for across a variety of channels and platforms.
Analyze successful team members to identify key attributes to help build ideal profile.
Builds and communicates knowledge of market trends and industry best practices such as competitive intelligence, labor market changes, industry layoffs and sourcing techniques.
Partners with leaders to continuously research and determine talent requirements
Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruiters to support recruiting strategy through consitent communication
Lead and co-create a recruitment sourcing strategy to help fill roles in a timely manner
Provide a positive candidate experience, and meet the TA KPI’s.
Identify hiring needs, research potential candidates, advise on recruiting strategies, and recommend a slate of quality candidates and proactive build a pipeline of future talent
Utilize the ATS to manage job postings and candidate process
Research the candidate pools, and recruiting landscape as we expand into new countries.
Qualifications
It will really make us smile if you have
You have 3+ years of talent sourcing experience for a variety of roles
Bachelor's degree
Innovative spirit capable of delivering results in changing and fast-moving environments
Proven track record of talent sourcing from entry level to high-level leadership roles
Must possess strong talent acquisition and business acumen, able to quickly learn the business and make talent decisions
Experience building recruiting strategies and plans to identify and execute against future talent needs, including reporting and metrics
Strong judgment and decision-making skills
Fluent in English
Able to communicate well with all levels
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
Strong attention to detail and processes
Embraces company direction and culture
Reflects thoughtful decision making and judgment throughout the candidate selection process
Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
