The challenge:
The Talent Coordinator will have the pivotal role of ensuring high quality in our day to day hiring processes by supporting the Latin American Recruiters, with a strong focus in Costa Rica. The Coordinator will be performing various administrative and back office activities important for the process which include, but are not limited to:
- Support lead to hire activities for all hiring profiles on the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Audit requisitions for compliance.
- Support pre and post offer processes and/or changes.
- Provide support with process documentation as applicable.
- Generate employment related contracts.
- Collect, manage data and identify trends related to key stages of the hiring process.
- Analyze and provide reports in support of hiring to the Talent Acquisition functions.
- Facilitate requisition status management.
- Disposition candidates in ATS based on relevant triggers from hiring managers, recruiters, or sourcers.
- Support the job offer process.
- Provide post offer support to candidates. This includes on-boarding & engagement with various stakeholders, among others.
- Be a liaison between the Talent Acquisition and the Post Offer Support teams to ensure flawless execution between the hiring and onboarding process.
**Please note this is a temporary position and also entry level that will be compensated accordingly.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate must be pursuing or has completed a Bachelor's or Technical degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Intermediate+ English skills (spoken and written)
- 6+ months of experience in Customer Service
- MS Office products to handle, interpret, construct and format reports and presentations (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ months of experience in the following areas:
- Recruiting and Sourcing, Stakeholder Management, influencing others, and providing solutions to difficult situations
- Working with Latin America / Multinational Companies
- Process improvement / Quality
- Experience using Smashfly (Candidate Management System)
- Experience using Workday (Candidate Tracking System)
